SHIPPING - All orders include FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the country. 

DELIVERY - Delivery of orders takes 4-10 days upon placement of orders.

LUZON - 4-6 days

VISAYAS - 6-8 days

MINDANAO 8-10 days

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges for items under the following conditions:• 

Defective item (production defects such as missing pages, torn pages, printing errors, etc);• Wrong item delivered; and• Excessive delivery. Please be reminded that we cannot return or exchange items without your receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be done within 30 days from date of purchase or receipt of delivery, whichever comes later. All returns and exchanges are subject to the branch’s inspection to verify if the defects are production defects and not due to mishandling in the courier warehouse or by the customer.
